This is not a genuine au pair opportunity, it is a scam, and the au pair position does not exist.
If you are looking for an au pair position in the USA, please read this US Government website about the US Au Pair Program:

Do not send money to any agency, embassy, lawyer, or other person introduced to you by a potential host family.

Hello,
How are you doing today? I am Nevin Strickland by name and i stay in Washington. My 5year old daughter is name AMY and i want an Au pair/Nanny for her. I had several experience with different nanny before. I am ready to be paying $4000 per month and also I will be responsible for your flight fee when you are done with your visa processing. I will be giving you bonus every 2 weeks of $500 for you upkeep and pocket money. All your visa application must be through my agent, just let me know when you are ready so that i can give you his contact details. All fee for the Visa application will be by pay by you which I will pay back when you get here, Someone recently run away with the document and visa I did for her with my money that is why am a bit skeptical about this but I will be paying your flight ticket money as I have stipulated. I am a very busy person and will be happy if you promised to take care of my daughter for me.
Regards,
Nevin
