Scams offering fake Au Pair positions

I received this email and thought suspicious, you can tell if it's scam?

Dear Maria

We are a family of 4. My name is Cabral De Andrade, 40 years old, a doctor), my wife (Benita, 36 years old is a nurse. We are both living and working in the United Kingdom. We love English people and we have been living here in Manchester for a longtime now. It would be nice if you could send us any recent picture of yourself and an introduction letter

We would really see you as being part of our family and somebody who helps us out with the kids. As a very busy couple we decided that an au pair would help us to give our children more quality time. We would enjoy it if you are a person who enjoys doing lots of stuff with the kids, taking them to school, coloring in, going cycling, playing outside, reading stories, etc. Your main job is to get our children to be happy, independent little beings and this is where we want you to help us. This would also naturally mean, that sometimes you would have to help with household chores, because we also enjoy spending time with the kids. I would say that 75% of the time will be spent on the kids, 25% on household chores.

We are christians, and it is very important for us that the au pair that works for us also knows.

You will be working 5 days a week, with weekends and evenings off. If we want you to look after the kids in the evenings or weekends, we will discuss it with you in advance and with your consent. You will then either get time off later, or be paid for the hours you have worked over time. Weekly pay is 480GBP with accomodation, feeding, utilities and medical assistance.

We have an open home, we like visitors (also yours, as long as you do not have too many visitors)

Now a bit more about us as a family:

I am well balanced and pragmatical, sporty, interested in many things, a committed husband and father. My wife is a friendly and sporty mother, with outgoing personality, loves outdoor activities

Our kids Edward and Earl are friendly little boys, who loves to play with their friends, but can also play alone really nicely. They are a bit shy and checks things out before they participate. Very lovely, wellbehaved and easy to get along with.

Our home is in the city. Easy access to transportation, schools, gym facilities and other recreational places. As you have never worked here before, it is important you wait for my travel guidance.Work permit/ paperwork issues can pose immigration problems for you while working and living here hence I advice that you wait for travel information from me so that you can do everything rightly and I expect you to adhere strictly to it so that you do not make any mistakes.

You might find other families that might pay a bit more, but I honestly believe you will not find another family who will look after you as well as we do and make you feel at home. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask/email.

We are excited and hope that everything works out fine.

Have a lovely week and please accept warm regards from my family.

Welcome to scamwarners.

This is a definite scam.
While the English is actually fairly good compared to many of these scam letters, the scammer still makes mistakes that give himself away as African.

In addition, you can see that this script has been used before here: http://ns1.scamwarners.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=34&t=13841 The scammer has changed names, etc. but has kept much of the script the same.

Lastly, UK has very strict rules on au pair visas. They only allow au pairs from certain countries. The list of countries is short, and it does not include any countries in South America.
