This is not a genuine au pair opportunity; it is a scam. The scammer will attempt to steal your money, pretending that it is necessary for a visa fee or other document.
The telephone number, like all numbers which begin +4470 or +44070, is not a normal UK number - it is a redirect number, redirecting all calls to the scammer's mobile phone elsewhere in the world. You can read more about this type of number here:
