Unfortunately, it is a scam, there is no doubt about it.

1) The Affadavit of Guarantee is a made-up document. There is no such document in the immigration process.
2) UK only accepts au pairs from a very small, specific set of countries. If you are not in one of those countries, there is absolutely no way you can get a job as an au pair in UK.
3) Lawyer.com emails are free emails that anyone can get. You do not need to be a lawyer to have a lawyer.com address.
4) The alternate address is on a domain that was established less than 2 weeks ago! It is registered for 2 years, which is the minimum registration for the website type. This is typical of a fake site used to make a scam look more real. Our site killers will be asked to check the domain out and see if they can get the evidence needed to kill it.

It's 100% scam.

The immigration process does not include anything called a sworn Oath of Guarantee. It's something the scammers made up.

The "attorney" is fake, and is either the same scammer or another working with him. They are trying to take your money for documents that don't exist. If you pay them, in the end you will find that you have no money and no job.

Further to the above, Gill Immigration Law Consultants is a real firm, at that address, but their actual contact number is

Gill Immigration Law Consultants Limited
98 Woodgreen Road
Leicester
LE4 9UE
England

Tel: 0116 210 7749
Email:

Any number other than the above that uses 44 7 will be a redirect number that sends your call to the scammers. The real Gill Consultants do not have a website, the website that you get directed to is a fake, set up in March 2011, with the same redirect numbers.

The real Gill Immigration Law Consultants are not involved in anyway with any au-pair scams, offers of employment, Ryan Air, or any other dealings that involve sending money by Western Union. Any persons claiming to be from Gill Immigration Law and requesting payment by Western Union are scammers.
