This is an au pair scam. There is no real job, and the scammer wants you to pay for non existent work permits, visa, and other travel documents. Don't fall for this scam!

Ogg: Au-pair/Nanny Needed
Dear Au-pair,
We are a Humble family of three kids. We need someone to take care of our kids while we are at work and help with light house cleaning. My wife and I both work in the medical field and we are college graduates. I enjoy good food, a nice laugh and a nice bottle of wine. I am looking for someone that will help us take care of our kids and is easy going, likes to interact with
children and fun.
if interested get back to me on [email protected]
Best Regard
Mr and Mrs Harrison....
