Hello Mar,
How are you doing? I hope you are fine. My name is James Edward and I am divorced, am based in the United States and I have a kid, (a girl) of age 2years. I work as a Financial Analyst with the United Nations and due to the tasking nature of my job which requires putting in many hours, an old aunt of mine has been the one looking after my daughter in my absence; very soon she would be traveling back to Mexico where her husband is.
In the light of this, I have deemed it important to have my kid well looked after, hence the search for a nanny or babysitter to take care of my little angel. I would expect your service to commence not later than January 2010. Stated below is what I would be offering for your services and the duration. Mondays through to Fridays, 9am-5pm (price $700).
Please note that my preference is in an individual (nanny/babysitter) with extremely good conduct, well mannered, considerably accommodating and hygienic; also, if you are not currently based in the United States, it's extremely important with me that you make use of my recommended travel agent to travel down to the states to join me, this is due to my previous bad experience with some oversea nannies.
If the above offer is satisfactory with you, I will appreciate that you respond to the questions
below.
1) How old are you?
2) What is your marital status?
3) What is your religious background?
4) What qualifications do you possess?
5) Do you have certificates portraying your babysitting career?
6) Do you have a valid means of identification?
7) Do you have any criminal records?
Do you have extra-ordinary habits?
9) How temperamental are you?
10) Do you have a guarantor?
11) Where are you located presently?
Do not hesitate to contact me if the offer is suitable for you or if you have any questions.
Thanks for your time.
Mr James Edward

Hello Mar,
Thanks, it's nice to read your mail once again and to know that you are very committed to work with my family. In the light of this,I have attached to this mail a soft copy of an agreement terms between myself and you.......you are to scan it out and fill the appropriate places where you fill your name and other information if the terms are okay by you, and then scan back and send to me; you are also obliged to keep a copy of the term with yourself. The agreement terms explain everything about payment and other issues.
About your coming, well, I would like to know how soon you can make it, I am looking at you staying a period of twelve months for a start and if very satisfactory we shall not hesitate to extend your stay.
