I am really sorry for the late response. I wish to inform you that our lovely home at 40040 Palmetto Drive, Palmdale CA 93551 is still available for lease and we want a responsible individual/family that is neat to take care of our house as if it were theirs. Our home is still active as for sale house, but we had a change of mind recently in renting it out ourselves because of the bad experience we had from our Agent. Our agent was asking too much of an agent fee and also making it difficult for people to rent my house. Meanwhile, the reason why our house is up for lease is because I got transferred from my place of work to TX, I will be away with my family for at least 4 to 5 years. We will be willing to rent our house to any person/family that is willing to assure us of taking absolute care of our home, at least making sure that our home is kept neat and always pay their rent on time especially now that we are not around.
I will share a brief recap of me and my family. I work as an Electrical Engineer here in TX. MY lovely wife is a manager of a Day-care Center. We have three children. Our eldest daughter is married; she is also living with her husband here in the States. We have one daughter that just graduated from high school and our youngest boy just started his junior year in high school. We will be very pleased if we can find the right tenant to rent our home, a person who is clean freak and does not tolerate anything that has to do with dirt.

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".
Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union or similar money transfer services) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you
He will ask you to send him the transfer details.
Make no mistake ! These money transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union, or similar money transfer services before viewing, then it will also be a scam.
