Hi,
I just read your email regarding my apartment located in address. I purchased this apartment several years ago while I was conducting business in France. However, I eventually returned to Italy and decided to rent it out indefinitely.
The apartment is available for long-term rental and is exactly like in the pictures. It has 1 bedroom, living room, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen.
The rent is €750 including utilities bills. The security deposit is €1500, and you get it back when you decide to leave the apartment.
I would like to know something about you. What is your occupation, financial situation, monthly income and how long do you plan to stay?
Kind regards,
Kristina
Hello,
Thank you for your response.
The apartment is available for registration, and we can sign a one-year rental agreement with the option for indefinite renewal.
As I am currently in Italy, I have arranged to handle the rental through Tripadvisor.com. I have been a Superhost on Tripadvisor since 2015, so you can rest assured of a smooth process.
Here’s how it works:
I will initiate the transaction through Tripadvisor.
You will approve the property, sign the contract, and move in.
To get started, I need the following details from you:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone Number
- Preferred Move-in Date
Once I receive this information, I will list the apartment on Tripadvisor and send you the offer to complete the reservation.
Best regards,
Kristina
Hello Giulia,
You imagine that governing an apartment from abroad is really quite troublesome, especially with a high frequency of guests.
To make sure you understand my proposal correctly:
Step 1: I will provide you with a link to the apartment on Tripadvisor.
Step 2: You will book the apartment only for the first month.
Step 3: You will pay the Tripadvisor invoice.
Step 4: After you confirm the booking, I will come back as soon as possible to sort out the lease.
Step 5: In case you do not want to rent the apartment, we cancel the booking and get the money refunded.
Step 6: In case you want to rent it, we will sign a standard rental contract for long terms.
My intention is to prevent travelling to the apartment for a potential tenant who in fact is not interested and makes me come for nothing.
Best regards,
Kristina
