The apartment is located in 664 Fulham Road, Fulham, SW6 5RX, with 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom both rooms are completely vacant now. I want to rent out this apartment at a low price of £85 per week for the entire apartment hoping to find a good person that can take good care of my apartment because i have just relocated to Liverpool for a business assignment that will have me stay here for a minimum of 2 years.
The rent payment including all utilities bills, water,refrigerator,heater electricity, Internet, cable, parking, fireplace, dishwasher, microwave, air conditions and dryers..... The apartment is currently available to for anybody that can meet up with the payment of the rent.Do see below my requirement for various prices of stay and get back to me.......

SHORT TERM MONTHLY RENTAL:
1 person 320/month
2 people 350/month
3 people 400/month
4 people 450 month
Utilities included.

LONG TERM MONTHLY RENTAL:
(minimum stay of 6 months)
1 person 280 month
2 people 300 month
3 people 350 month
4 people 400 month
Utilities included.
A refundable security deposit of £400 is require for all booking and to be refunded if you left the apartment undamaged.
