Currently we need a person to take a vacant position of a Customer Service Manager Part-Time $1000+/month

AuctionBuy Service Inc. is seeking multiple enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to assist the Customer Service Department with their dynamic growth. The Customer Service Representative will report to Department Manager of Customer Service in our organization. Highlighted areas of responsibility will be: Providing timely and accurate information to incoming customer requests, processing customer requests and responding to organizational related services and memberships professionally, along with superior ethical standards in service, and a passion for overall excellence.

Duties:
Checking merchandise for damage and for compliance with the customer requirements
Information and support of the team
Merchandise document support
Consolidation
Processing mail, business correspondence
React immediately to all notifications (email’s, phone calls)
Document scanning and fax sending
Cooperation with UPS, FedEx and DHL international delivery services
