Note that all phone numbers beginning +44 70 are not normal UK telephone numbers, but 'redirect' numbers. All calls are redirected to the scammer's mobile phone, almost anywhere in the world. Also note that a Western Union transfer can usually be collected by a scammer in their home country, even if it was sent to a different country, and to a name which is not their own name.
