There is no way to know for sure if it is the same person, many scammers use common names and they seem to prefer the 2 first names. I have looked at the search posted in
this post by The Enchantress it shows several other scammers posted at
http://www.romancescam.com with the same IP address but no other types of scam, we still cant say for sure if that is the work of the same individual but there is a chance of it
All may not be lost yet as we have his daughters email address so I am hoping we can still contact him through that and continue gathering his script but more importantly include the email address he is currently using.
It is too late now to change anything that has been done but a note for anybody who may be reading this, reporting the email addresses of scammers for closure does not hinder their scamming in any way and it may actually help them.
Had he still been using that email address, anybody he emailed from it had the opportunity to do a search on it and find several search results confirming he is a scammer, now with a fresh email address that has not been posted that is not possible until somebody makes a new report on the new address, lets hope that happens soon.
It is a common thing for email providers to tell you to report the scammers for account closure and even the police will usually tell you to do the same but unfortunately they do not have the same experience as we do with these scammers and how they operate.
